CODi offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that this
product is free from defects in material and workmanship. If, after inspection, you
discover any defects in material or workmanship, CODi will have the option to
repair, or replace the defective CODi product free of charge. This limited lifetime
warranty does not cover damages from normal wear and tear or from accidental damage, misuse,
improper care, alterations and damage caused in transportation by a common carrier or airline.
Under no condition is CODi responsible for the following:
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. CODi shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on this product, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. CODi products are designed to provide reasonable protection for notebook computers against damage
from ordinary bumps and drops experienced by the average product user behaving in a normal manner exercising
reasonable caution. Nevertheless, it is still possible that under these conditions a notebook computer and
its contents can incur damage. Therefore, caution is encouraged in spite of the fact that CODi products
are made with the most durable materials practical for travelers.
Not even a CODi product can protect a computer or other similar equipment against damage from external circumstances or events. Therefore, the responsibilities for repair or replacement of a computer or other similar equipment must legitimately fall on the product user or any negligent third party for causing the damage. If a CODi product is proved to be defective, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be CODi's option to refund the purchase price, or to repair, or replace the defective CODi product. CODi shall in no event be liable to the original purchaser for the following; direct, or indirect, special, or consequential damages to equipment; to programs; to data; to negligence; to commercial loss; to lost profits; to expenses, directly, or indirectly arising from the use of a CODi product, either separately or in combination with any other product or equipment. Regardless of the legal theory asserted. Including warranty or strict liability, from any causes. RETURN POLICY: Standard CODi products carry a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the CODi product, you may return it for a full refund or credit, minus shipping costs, fees and charges determined by CODi within 30 days of invoice date. No returned product will be accepted without prior authorization from CODi. Claims for shortages, breakage, or any other reason must be made within 10 days of receipt of material or product. Standard product returns may be subject to restocking or reconditioning charges to be determined at the sole direction of CODi. Special or custom products are NOT included under this return policy. All sales of special or custom products are final. CANCELLATIONS: Orders for standard products may be canceled without charge providing request is received prior to shipment. All special or custom orders may be cancelled without charge providing the request is received prior to manufacturing. All requests for cancellation of special or custom orders made after the start of manufacturing will be subject to a cancellation charge to be determined at the sole discretion of CODi. ORDER ACCEPTANCE: The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or our offer to sell. CODi reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to accept or decline an order or limit the order quantity for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Where payment is made by credit card, we shall not be liable in any way if the verification institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
