CODi conducted a comprehensive customer service survey in the interests of improving our products and services. The results revealed the following data:
95% of all respondents rated CODi's customer service as being either "Exceptional" or having "Exceeded Expectations".
On time delivery performance was rated as "Exceptional" or "Exceeded Expectations" by 100% of survey respondents.
9 out of 10 respondents rated their overall experience with CODi's products, services and responsiveness as "Exceptional" or "Exceeded Expectations".
82% of customers using CODi cases for more than 2 years, rated them as either "Exceptional" or having "Exceeded Expectations".

"I just wanted to write you concerning the Diplomat Computer case I purchased from CODi. It was purchased around the year 1994 and I have been using this case ever since. It's been around the world with me several times and has never failed. All the zippers perform perfect. The strap is still in perfect shape. The stitching has not given way anywhere. The protection system is still excellent and I have had several laptops over the years. What amazes me is when one of my clients asks me if I purchased a new case and I tell them no it's about 15 years old. They are pretty amazed by this.
