Is the USB/PS2 Optical Mini Mouse compatible with all operating systems?
CODi’s Optical Mini Mouse is compatible with Windows 2000, and XP (all versions)
I purchased a 1000DPI Optical Mini Mouse and it's moving a lot slower than what I would expect from a 1000DPI mouse. Is there something wrong?
DPI stands for "Dots Per Inch". CODi's 1000DPI Optical Desktop Mouse has a switch which allows you to select either 1050DPI or 525DPI. If your mouse seems to be moving slower than you are expecting, you may have the mouse selected to run at 525DPI. 525DPI is the slower setting for this mouse. Switching to 1050DPI will greatly increase the speed and accuracy of the mouse. The 1050/525DPI switch is located on the bottom of the mouse. Depending on the size of your monitor, and your comfort level with speed, the choice is yours!
