- Q: Where can I send my CODi case for repairs?
A: Please contact our customer service team if your CODi laptop case or accessory needs repairs or replacement. They will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on where to send the product. This includes replacements for wheels, shoulder straps, handles etc. - Q: How do I know if my laptop fits in the CODi case I have chosen?
A: CODi has a carrying solution for most notebook sizes. Please refer to the bag dimensions in the product specifications, listed below each case. You may also contact our customer service team if you are not sure, and they will be happy to assist you. - Q: How can I contact customer service?
A: If you have a question or concern that is not covered on our website, you may contact one of our customer service representatives Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Standard Eastern Time. Call 1-800-CODIINC or email us at custsupport@codidirect.com. - Q: What is the best way to clean my CODi case?
A: We recommend that you use warm water and a cloth or soft bristled brush, when cleaning CODi’s ballistic nylon. Rinse thoroughly and lay flat to dry. Do not under any circumstances submerge your CODi case in water, or dry using heat. If you have a leather case, a leather crème conditioner can be used, conservatively, to remove stains and clean your case. Always test the cleaning materials on a small invisible part of the leather/ballistic article before proceeding on the whole item. Avoid products like mink oil, shoe polish and waxes when cleaning leather. Contact customer service with any additional questions. - Q: Can I use my CODi case with wheeled luggage?
A: Yes. Many of our traditional cases have the capability to be mounted on the handle of wheeled luggage. Simply slip the handle under the strap on the back of your CODi case for easier mobility. - Q: Who do I contact about customer relations?

A: CODi’s accessories are typically plug and play and are compatible with most operating systems, including Windows 2000, XP and Vista; Mac OS 10.x and Linux 4.0 Kernel and above.
