James Bland James joined CODi as CEO in March of 2009 with more than 20 years of professional experience in both the government and private sectors including work in technology development, international finance, marketing and strategic analysis. He has extensive experience with entrepreneurial and venture-backed firms in information technology markets and has held several prominent positions with companies including Ergonomixx, Datalux, Corstone Capital and Science Applications International Corporation where he worked on the commercialization of defense technologies and web-based information exchange platforms for various markets. James’ international work experience encompasses countries in the Middle East, Eastern and Western Europe and Asia. He speaks French, German and Arabic. James earned an MBA from Harvard Business School after graduation cum laude from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and French. |

Mike Schaller Mike joined CODi in 2006 and serves as the Company’s CFO and COO. His professional background covers nearly 30 years in public and private companies such as The Hershey Co., General Electric, and RCA, and includes significant international experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mike lead two businesses in the snack food industry with full responsibilities for finance, operations, sales, logistics, strategic planning and business development. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia University, where he graduated Cum Laude. He is a certified public accountant. |

Joe Roxstrom Joe brings over twenty years of experience in leading sales and marketing groups in both consumables and durables. His career experiences span domestically and internationally with companies such as Heinz, Sentry, Bush Industries, and Trinity Springs. Joe is a third generation Southern Californian. He received his Bachelor's in Economics from th University of California, Irvine. His MBA in Marketing & Finance is from UCLA. Joe is married with three mostly loving teenagers. |

Julie Bancroft Julie joined CODi in 2007 from American Education Services where she was a marketing manager. Her professional experience includes graphic design, public relations and non-profit marketing and brand management. Julie graduated with honors from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and minor in Business Administration. She is a professional member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and the Society of Design. |

Vicki Smith Vicki has more than 20 years of professional human resources experience within distribution and manufacturing enterprises. Her experience includes implementing organizational human resource management systems and managing other human resource professionals. She came to CODi in 2003 from Arnold Logistics where she was human resources manager. Vicki earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management as well as her MBA from Eastern University. She is a professional member of the Society of Human Resources Management. |
